1. Orders
Every item is made just for you once your order is placed. Because of that, we cannot cancel or change orders after checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

2. Shipping
We ship to the exact address you provide. If the address is entered incorrectly or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once an order is shipped, tracking will be sent to the email you provided.

3. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with photos of the issue and we will send a replacement. Each product is custom made for your order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

4. Product Quality
We do our best to ensure every shirt looks great, but small variations in print color or placement can occur. Each one is unique — that’s part of the charm.

5. Artistic Likeness and Interpretation
Our designs are inspired by Charlotte’s cultural past and the places that helped shape its history. All artwork is created as artistic interpretations meant to honor those memories.
We do not claim ownership of, nor affiliation with, any defunct brands, venues, or trademarks depicted. Each piece is a creative tribute and should be viewed as such.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages related to the use of our website or products. Basically, we sell shirts — not problems.
