Shipping policy

At Lost Charlotte Co., every order is made to order — printed, packed, and shipped with care once it’s created.

Order Processing & Delivery
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days.
In rare cases (holidays, production delays, or carrier issues), it can take up to 10–14 days for delivery.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link so you can follow it from our shop to your doorstep. If you don’t see that email, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes it hides there.

Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We print and ship directly to the address you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Weather, logistics, or carrier errors can occasionally cause delays. We’ll always do our best to help you track it down and get things sorted.

International Orders (if applicable)
Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
